Denise Druce is an E-RYT500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.
She is the director of Yoga Teacher Training for Yoga Assets, a 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Alliance approved RYS based in Salt Lake City.
From the moment she donned leg warmers and stepped barefoot onto green shag carpet to teach her first aerobics class in 1981, Denise Druce has been inspiring people to live healthier, happier lives. She calls herself an Elevator…when you’re around her, you’re going up! Yoga is her greatest passion. She teaches her students to stand at the “Soft Edge of the Hard Place” in fitness and in life. Her non-profit Yoga Forward is “taking yoga where it isn’t”…prisons, shelters, schools, and shopping malls. She has a Masters Degree in Public Health, is a Yoga Therapist and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500. Her greatest life lessons came with her journey with breast cancer. It taught her to thrive!
One year ago, Denise made the pivot to online teaching. She currently fills her days training yoga teachers and teaching classes virtually. Zoom has opened her studio to a worldwide audience.
Denise and her husband, Michael live in Salt Lake City with their three man-boys.
