Amy is 200 RYT certified from Prana Power Yoga in NYC. With a BA in Dance from Ohio University, where she also began teaching yoga group fitness, her dance background informs her movement based teaching style. Amy loves a heated, sweaty class with a balance of calming, centered reflection. She strives to empower through an accessible vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on breath, movement, self-love and awareness.
