Hi, I’m Andrea! I’m a mom to two young kids and our family lives a healthy life through clean eating and outdoor living. I was introduced to yoga several years ago when I was doing a lot of long-distance running to help me stretch and strengthen with the goal of preventing injuries. Health and wellness have always been an important part of my life and I quickly saw the benefits of regular yoga practice. I decided to take my Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my practice and take it to the classroom, as I have been an elementary school teacher for over 15 years and teaching is a real passion of mine. I completed my Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour training (RYT200) with Life Yoga Studio. I have also completed Yin yoga training, my SUP yoga teacher training and Power Yoga for Sports training. I love to teach on the water and work with teams and athletes to bring more focus, balance and flexibility to people's lives. I am also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner so am able to offer energy healing alongside my yoga classes. I look forward to sharing my learnings within the wellness space.
