Darlene Dearen is a Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS) called Radiant Hot Yoga .

Darlene  says ”If yoga can save my life, it can save yours.”

Raised by an Apache Indian Father and a spiritual Mother, Darlene has always had a deep spiritual foundation and awareness…. but she lost sight of it for many years. Life’s painful circumstances ate at her soul. It was her yoga practice that brought it all back together, brought her back to her roots, mended her heart, her mind, and reminded her of who she was born to be.

Darlene has spent years teaching and inspiring through the practice of Yoga, and has also served women as a Certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultan & Midwife.

Yoga has been so completely transformational for Darlene that she knows it is her life’s work to share it. As owner of Radiant Hot Yoga and teacher, her vision and passion is to inspire people to reach their highest potential and to connect to the deepest parts of their being.
